To improve carrying performance and holdability by shaping a cylinder to match fingers.

A portable dust remover 1a is molded by applying one or two sheets of base materials 2a made convex on one side thereof and concave on the other in a ring to match the array of fingers. The base material 2a is formed out of paper, cloth, unwoven fabric, a synthetic resin or the like. An adhesive agent 3a comprising a liquid resin, a synthetic rubber or the like is applied on the surface of the base material and a peeling paper 4a is arranged on the top surface thereof to protect the adhesive agent 3a. In application, fingers are inserted from the concave portion to hold the portable dust remover 1a and the peeling paper 4a is removed to expose the adhesive agent 3a. The adhesive agent 3a is pressed light on the surface to be cleaned to remove dust or the like. After the use of the surface of the adhesive agent 3a, the other side serves for further removing work, thereby enabling removal of dust or the like with a higher carrying performance and holdability.
