PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument capable of reducing the time and labor required by an operator for inputting operating current information during measurement, and improving accuracy of input data in a portable earth leakage operation tester.SOLUTION: A portable earth leakage operation tester comprises: operating current information input means for inputting operating current information in the instrument to be measured; output current value determining means for calculating and determining the current value output on the basis of operating current information input by the operating current information input means; current output means for outputting the output current value determined on the basis of the operating current information input by the operating current information input means to a cable run; storage means for storing information indicating whether the instrument to be measured performed earth leakage operation by the output current; and information input assistance means for assisting input of the operating current information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
