Abstract:
To provide a portable electrocardiograph having high portability and high stability of a contact state of electrodes.SOLUTION: A portable electrocardiograph includes: a circuit board on which an electronic component is mounted; a housing for accommodating the circuit board and a cell; and a first electrode and a second electrode for detecting an electrocardiograph signal that are provided on a pair of surfaces facing each other along a longitudinal direction of the housing, and electrically connected to the circuit board. The cell is accommodated in the housing such that a longitudinal direction of the cell is along the longitudinal direction of the housing. The first electrode and the second electrode are provided in such a distance that, when the second electrode is brought into contact with the chest of a subject while the subject is in contact with the first electrode with his/her forefinger of the right hand, the carpal region of the right hand can contact with the chest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
