To provide a portable electronic apparatus including an antenna of a new configuration utilizing a conductive part.
The portable electronic apparatus includes: an operation part side housing part 2 which is provided with a first conductive part 16; a display part side housing part 3 which is provided with a second conductive part 23; a connection part 4 which is provided with a third conductive part 41 and connects the operation part side housing part 2 and the display part side housing part 3 so as to take a closed state, a first open state and a second open state; and a feed part 17. In the first open state, the first conductive part 16 and the second conductive part 23 are electrically connected through the third conductive part 41, and an opposite region formed by being surrounded on at least three sides by the first conductive part 16, the second conductive part 23 and the third conductive part 41 is supplied with power by the feed part 17 and operates as a magnetic flow antenna.
