Abstract:
To provide a portable electronic device that can reduce a width or a size of a holder structure in a horizontal direction, and an image taking module, and a mounting unit.SOLUTION: An image taking module M includes: a circuit board 1; an image detection chip 2; an electronic component 3; a dispense package 4; and a lens unit 5. The circuit board includes an upper surface 101 and a lower surface 102. The image detection chip is electrically connected to the circuit board. The image detection chip has an image detection region 200. The electronic component is provided on the lower surface of the circuit board and is electrically connected to the circuit board. The dispense package is provided on the lower surface of the circuit board to cover the electronic component. The lens unit includes: a holder structure 51 on the upper surface of the circuit board; and a lens structure 52 being placed by the holder structure and corresponding to the image detection region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
