PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device capable of producing both of portability and high heat-radiating performance.
SOLUTION: The device has a first part and a second part of a box each of which is mounted with electronic components. when the device is carried, the second part is put into close contact with the first part, and when it is used, they are separated from each other to form an air ventilating opening between them. Moreover, when they are separated, the volume of the box is increased and heat-radiation can be improved.
