Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device equipped with a sufficient antifogging effect to suppress the fogging of a display unit.SOLUTION: The portable electronic device (wrist device) includes: a case (top case 30 and a bottom case 33); a display unit 70 accommodated in the case; a windshield plate 71 closing up an opening of the case so as to overlap display in a plan view; a ring member (parting plate 72) arranged along the outer edge of the display unit 70 between the windshield plate 71 and the display unit 70; a moisture absorption member 65 arranged in a first area (inner space 36), inside the case, on the side of the display unit 70 that is opposite the windshield plate; and a ventilation passage (a recess 89) continuous from the first area to a second area (space 42) enclosed by the display unit 70, the windshield plate 71 and the ring member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
