To enable a thinned battery lid with an antenna being mounted on the battery lid in a mobile electronic device, and to enable a thinned device case as a result.
In a mobile electronic device having a battery lid 8 attached to a battery storing opening portion of a device case 1, an antenna 21 is mounted in the battery lid 8, and a circuit mounted within the device case 1 and the antenna 21 mounted on the battery lid 8 are connected thorough a contact spring 25/26 connected to a concerned antenna terminal 23. Specifically, the battery storing opening portion of the device case 1 has a contact spring 26 mounted on a circuit board 6 and a connector pin 27 connected to the circuit board 6. The antenna terminal 23 firstly connects to the connection spring 26 through a connection board 25 when the battery lid 8 is attached to the battery storing opening portion, and then connects to the connector pin 27 by a slide operation of the battery lid 8.
