The portable equipment 31 requests service change to an ID management server 32 via a communication line 34. The ID management server 32 gives change permission as response. The portable equipment 31 sets a flag in the electronic tag. When a reader/writer terminal 33 at a service providing side reads tag information, the reader/writer terminal 33 receives data corresponding to the service after the change from the ID management server 32 via the communication line 34 when the flag is set, sets it in the electronic tag so as to change the service, and performs a corresponding service providing processing.
