This portable excrement disposing apparatus has an excrement receiving part 1 comprising a hollow casing having a receiving port and a discharge port 20; a suction device 13 sucking the excrement via a suction hose 14; a water feed device 10 feeding water via a water feed hose 15; a buttocks seating plate 2 supporting the excrement receiving part 1 and mounting the buttocks thereon; air suction holes 6 opened in the side surface of the hollow casing body; an operation switch 4; and a signal control part 16 connected to the operation switch 4 via an operation signal wire 8.
