PURPOSE: To enable a device to be conveyed to any site by a man power by a method wherein a heat exchange of double structure formed with a heat exchange part on the low pressure side and a heat exchange part on the high pressure side and other functional member are loaded on a runnable frame.
CONSTITUTION: A fluorocarbon system 1 is coupled with an external connection pipe L1 between valves V10 and V1. With a button for starting a compressor 7 depressed, a solenoid valve SV1 is opened. When fluorocarbon flows in a heat exchange pipe PH2 on the low pressure side of a double tube type heat exchanger HE1 through a site glass 5 and an expansion valve 4, a pressure switch LP is operated to start the compressor 7. Low temperature low pressure fluorocarbon gas sucked in the compressor 7 is compressed to produce high temperature high pressure fluorocarbon gas. In an oil separator 8, the fluorocarbon gas is separated and flows to a heat exchange pipe PH1 on the high pressure side of the double tube type heat exchanger HE1. The fluorocarbon gas is cooled and liquefied by means of the heat exchange pipe PH2 on the low pressure side located on the inner side, and the liquefied gas flows through a line L9 and is collected to a fluorocarbon liquid receiver 10. The so formed fluorocarbon recovering and reproducing device is a device in which functional members are contained in a compact manner on a frame with wheels, and can be easily conveyed to a working site by means of a man power.
