To restrain height dimensions of an entire apparatus, and improve sitting stability during installation by opening a folding type moving tool to move a loaded entire apparatus during movement, and the moving tool supporting part of the folding apparatus weight during installation.
During movement, a folding type arm rod 9 is opened, a support rod 10 is rotated, connected to a connection portion 11 thereof, supported and fixed, the entire apparatus is inclined slightly rearwardly with a movable wheel 7 being a fulcrum, loaded on the movable wheel 7 and an auxiliary wheel 8, and a grip 12 is pressed for movement. After it moves to a given place, the entire apparatus is pushed forwardly with the movable wheel 7 being a fulcrum, a bottom of the apparatus is moved to an insulation face, and is erected, the connected support rod 10 is released from the folding type arm rod 9, the arm rod 9 is folded, and the support rod 10 is rotated, and is fixed in contact with the installation face so as to support part of the apparatus weight in corporation with the movable wheel 7. The folding type moving tool 6 itself is compact, and is easy to handle, and thus, the entire apparatus can be easily moved and installed by one person.
