A power source switch 9 is installed in a base part 2, and a switch 10 for switching lighting color is installed in a grip 3. A battery 12 is accommodated in the grip 3. A flashing circuit, the power source switch 9, and the switch 10 are connected to the battery 12 in series. When the power source switch 9 is turned on, a light emitting source 7R or 7G on a light emitting part 1R side or 1G side starts flashing by the control of the flashing circuit according to the position of the contact of the switch 10. By switching the switch 10, a guide light can be flashed in desired color. Since green color for example in addition to red color can be lit, a car can be guided at color conformed to a traffic signal.
