To simultaneously heat a lunch box and a can drink with one heating and thermal insulation tool, by moving a face-shaped heating element according to shape or size of an object to be heated without being fixed to a wall surface of a casing.

A casing 1 has an openable/closable opening in at least one surface, has a space receiving objects 8 to be heated in it, allows the objects 8 to be heated to be removed from the opening, has small amount of radiated heat during heating, and is convenient for carrying. A face-shaped heating element 5 is provided so that it is movable according to the shape and size of the objects 8 to be heated so as to be always brought into close contact with the objects 8 to be heated even when the objects 8 to be heated with various sizes and shapes, such as a lunch box, a can drink, and a baby bottle are stored in the easing 1. For example, at least one side of the face-shaped heating element 5 is fixed to the casing 1 through a mounting portion 7. Since the face-shaped heating element 5 can be moved according to the shape and size of the objects to be heated without fixing to the wall surface of the casing 1, the objects to be heated is not restricted, and the lunch box and the can drink are simultaneously heated and easily carried.
