To produce a humidifier in a simple and small-sized shape optimum to carry by providing a spray nozzle to the upper part of a small-sized container in which compressed air and water are enclosed and opening a valve disc by pressing the head part of the nozzle to spray the water in the container by the pressure of air.
Compressed air 2 and water 3 are enclosed in a container 1 and the head part of the spray nozzle 4 attached to the upper part of the container 1 is pressed to open the valve disc 5 of the lower part thereof and the water 3 in the container 1 is ejected from the tip of the nozzle 4 through a conduit 6 by the pressure of the air 2 to be sprayed into a room in a mist form. Since the nozzle switch 7 arranged in the vicinity of the spray nozzle 4 has an eccentric cam 10 to be in contact with the projected part 11 of the nozzle 4, when the nozzle switch 7 is rotated from an OFF display position, cam 10 pushes the projected part 11 to push down the nozzle 4. By this constitution; the open degree of the valve disc 5 is gradually increased and the spray amt. of the sprayed water 3 can be adjusted.
