Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate a terminal and to optionally select a command by integrating a plurality of remote control functions of different kinds into one terminal and having only to use finger operation.
SOLUTION: A fingerprint characteristic extract means 110 extracts a characteristic of a fingerprint picture received from a fingerprint entry means 100 and a transmission data selection control means 122 checks whether or not the fingerprint characteristic data coincident with the characteristic data of the entered fingerprint are in existence in a user specific information storage means 121. In the case that coincident fingerprint characteristic data are in existence, the control means 122 acquires transmission data registered corresponding to the fingerprint characteristic data from the user specific information storage means 121 and a data transmission means 130 transmits the transmission data. Thus, a user can register a command desired to be registered in cross reference with the characteristic of the fingerprint so as to integrate a plurality of remote control functions of different kinds into one device. Furthermore, a plurality of transmission command can be selected by changing fingers.
