This portable input terminal machine is equipped with an input unit for inputting order data, a display unit which displays the order data, and a data processing means having a storage part and communicates with equipment installed in the kitchen by radio to perform an order data process, a discrimination code unique to the portable input terminal machine 1 is assigned and stored in a memory 1-3, and a correspondence table of calling sound patterns and display patterns corresponding to the discrimination codes of respective portable input terminal machines 1 is stored in the memory 1-3; and a calling unit 1-6 which generates a calling sound is provided, and when a calling signal corresponding to an discrimination code sent by a kitchen printer 4 installed in the kitchen and other portable input terminal machines 1 is received, the corresponding display pattern is displayed on the display unit 1-4 while the calling sound of the corresponding pattern is outputted from the calling unit 1-6 by referring to the correspondence table.
