The lamp includes a folding screen which is at least partially provided with a reflective layer, and at least one mobile tensioning means for stretching the folding screen. The folding screen surrounds an illumination means in the taut state and in the relaxed state. The mobile tensioning means is fixed to a telescope-like stick assembly with a telescope-like stick inside and a telescope-like case outside.
