PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable light-emitting device which allows for presentation with a sense of unity, when used in a live viewing site.SOLUTION: A portable light emitting device A to be worn on the body of a user and emitting light depending on the presentation includes a body 10 to which a light emitter 21 is attached, a microphone 24, a control section 22 for controlling emission of the light emitter 21 based a sound sensed by the microphone 24, and a portable power supply 23 for driving the light emitter 21, microphone 24, and the control section 22. The light emitter 21 emits light in time to the voice of the site sensed by the microphone 24.
