Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable work table enabling executing a work under a low temperature, for instance -80°C or less, by moving a working place.SOLUTION: A movable work table 1 in which a work table 2 including a working space forming member 4 forming a working space 5 for working under a low temperature, and a coolant storing tank 6 for storing a coolant are provided on a pedestal 3 provided with a moving member 15 is such that: the working space forming member 4 has a lateral wall and a bottom wall so as to form the working space 5 with an opened top face; the top face of the working space 5 is released at the upper side of the work table 2; the coolant storing tank 6 stores the bottom wall of the working space forming member 4 so as to cool a vapor phase in the working space 5 when a coolant is stored therein; and the moving member 15 is provided in the undersurface of the pedestal 3 so that the work table 2 moves in a state of filling the coolant storage tank 6 with a coolant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2-1
