Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable machine that enhances assemblability and an assembly method thereof.SOLUTION: The portable machine 1 includes: a support post 25; a rotary member 8 having a peripheral protrusion 85 protruding in an inner diameter direction of a through-hole 82; a spring 4 formed with an end bent in an outward direction, and having a tip part 41 moved from a stepped part 252 by coming in contact with the peripheral protrusion 85 when a mechanical key 9 is turned after assembling an upper case 3 and a lower case 2, and fitted into a groove part 253, and also having a curved part 42 formed by bending the other end in a direction opposite a spiral direction; and a release button 5 having a plurality of protruded parts inserted into a plurality of slits, an inner groove 56 provided on an undersurface 51b of a body 50, to have a top part of the spring 4 inserted thereinto, and a radial groove 55 connected with the inner groove 56 and formed in the outward direction, to have the curved part 42 of the spring 4 inserted thereinto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
