Abstract:
To provide a portable machining device in which a parallel ruler guiding a blade tool in parallel along an edge of a machining object material can be attached to a base so as to solve such problem: that it is conventionally required to replace the entire base if damaged by machining wastes and the like biting into a screw hole for fixing the parallel ruler; or that attachment/detachment of a female screw member having the screw hole is troublesome in the case that the screw hole is provided separately from the base, therefore requiring improvement in the assemblability of the female screw member.SOLUTION: A leaf spring 41 having the C shape in the front view is elastically fit to a pedestal part 36a of a base 2 to hold a female screw member 42 on the pedestal part 36a. A leg that is made to enter a holding groove part 39 is pushed by a screw shaft part 40a of a male screw member 40 fastened to a screw hole 42a of the female screw member 42 so as to fix a parallel ruler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
