The portable memo pad case 10 which can accommodate a memo pad 11 for use having a whole nearly rectangular shape in plane view is provided with a memo pad case body part 12 which is foldably formed in the intermediate part in the longitudinal direction, with a memo pad accommodation part 13 which is formed in one longitudinal half part of the memo pad case body part, and with a memo paper accommodation part 14 which is formed in the other longitudinal half part. The memo pad accommodation part has a pair of memo pad fixing parts 15a, 15b which are respectively provided in the vicinity of the opposite end part in the width direction, allowing the memo pad to be fixed to any memo pad fixing parts for use.
