To provide a portable multifunction kiln which is small and light and is excellent in heat efficiency and safety and can be used for the baking processing of ceramic works or the heating cooking, etc., of each kind of food material, with the low voltage of general home as a power source.
This portable multifunction kiln has such structure that the three members of the kiln inwall body 2 of a bottomed ceramic hollow cylinder with its top open, a kiln outer wail body 3 fitted with an opening and closing cover 4 which houses the kiln inwall body 2 through a refractory heat insulating layer 9 filled with ceramic wool, and a cover drum 5 which covers the periphery of the kiln outer wall body 3 through a convection air layer 11 are set in combination on a stand 6, and this is of such structure that it raises and keeps the temperature within the kiln inwall body to and at the set temperature of about 1000°C or under by the heating wire wound and mounted in a heating cable storage recessed groove, with its kiln inwall body 2 being equipped with heating wire storage grooves 7 which are recessed grooves in which to wound a heating wire H for heating around and where heat radiating holes 8 are juxtaposed at small pitches in the longitudinal direction of the grooves, in multistage around, and besides is of such structure that it is made in the thickness of roughly five millimeters out of potter's clay of low thermal expansion coefficient.
