Eelectrical energy that is accumulated in a recharging means 4 is supplied to a DC-to-AC conversion circuit 6, and the DC-to-AC conversion circuit 6 converts the electrical energy that is accumulated in the recharging means 4 from DC to AC. An electrical energy that is converted into AC by the DC-to-AC conversion circuit 6 is discharged into space as an alternate magnetic field by a transmission coil 7 and reaches the load device 10. The alternate magnetic field that is discharged from the transmission coil 7 to space is converted into an AC electrical energy by a reception coil 11, is converted into a DC voltage by a rectification/smoothing circuit 12, and is supplied to the load circuit 4. When a load device detector 5 is unable to detect the presence of the load device 210 due to load device presence reporting equipment 13, the electrical energy that is accumulated in the recharging means 4 is not supplied.
