To reduce the size and weight and simplify the housing by providing a proper number of connectable gutters having proper lengths, a fixing part capable of setting each gutter in a desired height with a desired inclination, and a connecting pipe having a pump connected thereto and capable of connecting a pail in the bottom gutter end part to the gutter start end.

A gutter part 1 is formed of a proper number of gutters 11, 12. A separately constituted joint 2 is used to connect the gutter 11 to the gutter 12. The joint 2 has a proper form such as linear, right-angled, or semicircular form, and it is constituted so that one-side ends of the gutters 11, 12 can be inserted to both the ends thereof. A pump 5 is connected to a connecting pipe 53 formed of a sucking part 51 and a draining part 52, and the top end of the sucking part 51 is put in the pail 3, and one end of the draining part 52 is provided on the starting end of the gutter part 1, or the gutter 11 or a supplying part 13. A battery 6 is used in a place having no power source. A fixing part 7 is formed of a gutter receiver and a leg.
