Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture shoe soles that have unique and various design on their surface by curving blocks that are made of plural boards of resin foam of which color, brightness and hue are different from each other and are arranged vertically, longitudinally before and behind and adhered so as to make a layered block by a shaping machine.
SOLUTION: Plural boards of resin form of which color, brightness and hue are different from each other as there can be seen more than three sorts of colors are arranged vertically and longitudinally before and behind, adhered or deposited, and are made into a layered block shaped as quadrangular pyramid of which top is plateau. In the block, a large size of board of resin form is put at the center apart from the right and the left of it. Next, main body of sole 2 is curved by a shaping machine. And then, inner stuff 3 and grounding part 4 that are made of compound rubber or resin and are shaped by the same pattern as the sole 2's are adhered or deposited to the sole 2, and then, they are made into the completed sole 1. After completion, a band for sandal and a instep for shoe may be attached.
