An image information acquisition unit 40 acquires image information of a photographic object; and an object coordinate calculation unit 56 calculates coordinate information of the photographic object on the basis of coordinate information of a photographing position, a distance between the photographing position of a photographing device and the photographic object, and an azimuth and an elevation/depression angle of a photographing direction of the photographing device. In such a case, an azimuth correction unit 54 corrects a measurement value of the azimuth on the basis of correction information stored in a correction information storage unit 52; and the object coordinate calculation unit 56 calculates coordinate information of the photographic object by using the correction value.
