An image information acquisition unit 40 acquires image information of a photographic object located in any photographing direction photographed by a plurality of photographing devices having different elevation/depression angles in a photographing direction simultaneously from any photographing directions; and an object coordinate calculation unit 56 calculates coordinate information of the photographic object on the basis of coordinate information of photographing positions, a distance between a photographing position of a photographing device having the largest elevation/depression angle and the photographic object, and azimuths and elevation/depression angles in the photographing direction of photographing devices.
