PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for the connection to a telephone line and to carry the transmitter-receiver to anywhere by providing a loudspeaker means loud-speaking a modulation signal and a sound collection means collecting the modulation signal sent via the telephone line.

CONSTITUTION: A microphone 32 is provided near a sounding port 30 of an outer shell 4 and when a reception switch 31 is closed while the microphone 32 touches a receiver of a telephone set, a modulation signal fed via a telephone line is picked up by the microphone 32, amplified by an amplifier 34 and fed to a MODEM section 24. The modulation signal fed to a speaker 28 is sounded from the sound port 30 provided to one face of the outer shell 4. Thus, the transmission from now is informed to the opposite party and the transmitter of the telephone set is made close to the sounding port 30 and the transmission switch 25 is closed, then the modulation signal is sent to the opposite party via a telephone line.
