To unnecessitate the fitting adjustment of a portable terminal equipment mainbody with a portable power source by permitting a power source to be the standard one which is not affected by means of the appearance of the terminal equipment mainbody.

When a cover body 13 is drawn in an arrow X direction so as to open, a portable power source 21 terminal are separated from a power feed contact terminal 23 while rubbing and the shaft 18 of a supporting material 17 is brought into contact with the lower part circular part of a partition material 26. Then, the engagement of a guide 14a with the guide groove 14b of a rear side surface cover 12 is removed, the cover 13 is turned in the arrow Y direction so as to be open downwards and the power source 21 can be taken-out. When the cover is closed, pushing-in is finally executed in the direction opposite to the arrow X direction by a reverse operation, hooks 15 and 16 are engaged and the cover 13 is fixed to a case. Thus, the standard power source without being affected by the complicated appearance of a portable terminal equipment mainbody case is designed, fitting adjustment is unnecessitated and, beside, a cleaning effect is obtained since the power source 21 terminal is always rubbed by the terminal 23 so that the contact reliability of the terminals is improved.
