An operation part 13 to output the cleaning liquid injection direction by pressing operation of an operation button 3, a limit switch 14 to output an electric voltage signal to inhibit the cleaning liquid injection when the cover member 8 is covering the cleaner main body 1, an operation processing part 15 to drive and stop an electric motor 9 and a valve 10 based on an inputted signal and a driving power source are stored in a control part. When the cover member 8 is closed, since the contact point of the limit switch 14 is closed, even if a cleaning liquid injection direction is outputted from the operation part 13 based on a certain cause, the driving direction is not accepted by the operation processing part 15 so that the cleaning liquid is not injected.
