Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable routing of a cable suitable for operating condition of a portable radiation image detection device.SOLUTION: A composite cable 26 is connected to a connector 35 inserted in a socket 34 of an electronic cassette 21. The composite cable 26 having a power supply function and a signaling function is drawn in a direction orthogonal to putting-on and taking-off direction of the socket 34 and the connector 35. In respective terminal posts 39, 40 of the socket 34 and the connector 35, two sets of terminals (T terminal posts for transmission of signals, R terminal posts for signal reception and P terminal posts for power source feed) taking the same function are placed symmetry about G terminal post for gland located in the center of the terminal post arrangement. Even if the connector 35 is reversed 180° and connected to the socket 34 for the purpose of turning the drawer direction of the composite cable 26 to an appropriate direction, the electron casette 21 can be operated without any problem.
