A handle 204 attached to a housing 70 of an electronic cassette is supported so that a grip part 204A can be turned in a direction shown by an arrow Q by base parts 204B at both ends, and a projection device 220 emitting projection light for projecting and displaying the information to be displayed is provided in the grip part 204A. The projection light emitted from the projection device 220 is emitted to the outside of the handle 204 through an emitting hole 218, and irradiated to an object to be projected 222, whereby an image is displayed on the object to be projected 222. The direction of emitting the projection light from the handle 204 is adjusted by turning the grip part 204A.
