To solve the problem that fire can not be extinguished easily and surely in the course of combustion and that disassembly and carrying can not be executed, in regard to usual combustion equipment using low-ash-content solid fuel.
Portable solid fuel combustion equipment is constituted of a combustion furnace 1 bearing low-ash-content solid fuel, a mantle body 2 which can hold this combustion furnace 1, a heat-sensitive body 3 made of metal which is fitted removably to the combustion furnace 1 so that it covers the upper part of the mantle body 2 and a stack 4 which is fitted removably to this heat-sensitive body 3 so that it is continuous to the upper part of the heat- sensitive body 3. The combustion furnace 1 has slit-shaped intake gaps 8d and 8e provided in the circumference of a tubular main body 8 so that air necessary for combustion be taken in laterally. The mantle body 2 has a heat insulating layer 16 provided inside and is shaped like a vessel of which the upper side is opened, and by fitting a cover body 5 airtightly on the upper side, supply of air to the combustion furnace 1 inside is interrupted so that fire can be extinguished.
