To provide a portable straight-tube type LED illumination lamp in which weight reduction and simplification of a structure is aimed at in a straight-tube type illumination lamp body and an illumination range of an LED group is enlarged.

A base cap 6 is connected on one end of a cylindrical tube 1 and a pair of male and female snap-type electrode terminals are arranged on the base cap 6. A switch 10, arranged upright on a circuit board 2, is composed of a switch body having a height an apex part of its pushing piece small enough to be accommodated in an inner circumference of the cylindrical tube 1 and a cap to be removably insertion-coupled with the pushing piece through the cylindrical tube 1 and the base cap 6. When the base cap 6 is connected to one end of the cylindrical tube 1, the switch 10 turns on and off the LED group 4 all together. When the base caps 6 are connected to either end of the cylindrical tube 1, each switch 10 at each end part turns on and off the LED groups 4 divided into two.
