PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable strap with a fall prevention article, which automatically eliminates twisting of a string even when a portable article is rotated.SOLUTION: A string 4 is inserted into a knot fixing string through hole 6, and extracted on the outside from a knot storage part 7. A knot 5 is formed in a protruding part 8 that is a part exposed on the outside. The knot 5 is pulled into the knot storage part 7 to be turned into a knot storage state. In the knot storage state, when the string 4 is twisted, the string 4 and the knot 5 are turned by its twisting force, and a twisted state of the string 4 is eliminated.
