A preservation control center is provided with a reservation control means for transmitting a browser picture for authentication corresponding to calling performed through a portable telephone network, and for performing authentication processing based on individual information inputted to the browser picture for authentication, and for, when a user who makes a call is a legal user, transmitting a menu picture for reservation to the portable telephone which makes the call, and for judging the validity/invalidity of reservation based on reservation desire information inputted through the menu picture for reservation, and for, when the reservation is valid, transmitting a browser picture in the case of the validity of reservation, and for, when the reservation is invalid, transmitting a browser picture in the case of the invalidity of reservation. Thus, it is possible to easily make a reservation, and to realize the unmanned operation of the reservation control center.
