PURPOSE: To avoid a defect of the operability by providing a concaved rail and a convexed rail to a holder and both side edges of a moving part of the telephone set freely removably.

CONSTITUTION: An antislip part 39a at a tip of a clip is in press contact and locked to a rear side of a belt or a rear side of a base 42 of a holder 35 by inserting the clip 39 of the holder 35 into the rear side of a belt (body side) (figure a). As shown in the figure (a), while a moving part 24 is closed, since an open end 30a of a concaved rail 30 is placed-in a down-position, when the portable telephone set is pressed from the upper part of the holder so that an end ridge 43a of a convex rail 43 is inserted to an open end 30a, the portable telephone set is entered in the holder till an upper end of the end ridge 43a of the convex rail is in press contact with an end 30b of the concaved rail. The moving part 24 is strongly supported to a degree not fallen down by properly setting a width of a recessed groove 43b of the concaved rail 43 and the thickness of the end ridge 43a.
