CONSTITUTION: An expected information storing part 3 stores expected information inputted from a keyboard 8 by a user through a central processing part 5 as an expected issue name and an expected stock price. An information comparing part 4 sequentially compares the content of a receiving information storing part 2 with that of the storing part 3, and at the time of detecting coincidence between both the content, informs the coincidence to the processing part 5 through a signal line 9. The processing part 5 receives the information and displays the content on an information display part 6 and outputs a sound generation command to a notification sound generating part 7.
