A portable telephone 1 includes: a non-conductive receive frame body 2 having an opening 33; a display unit 22 located in the receive frame body 2 and exposing from the opening 33; a non-conductive transparent plate 25 covering the opening 33 from the outside of the frame body; a conductive layer 26 arranged around the opening 33 on a face on the side of the receive frame body 2 of the transparent plate 25; a conductive sheet 23 arranged around the opening 33 on a face on the frame side in the receive frame body 2, and connected electrically with a ground pattern layer 21a of a circuit board 21 arranged in the receive body 2; and a conductive body 24 arranged in a through hole 34 drilled at a position between the conductive layer 26 and a conductive sheet 23, in the receive frame body 2 for connecting the conductive layer 26 and the conductive sheet 23 electrically.
