To make a thawing apparatus able to correspond to the freezing removal of a glass surface and the safety travel of a partial freezing road surface by setting up a small tank storing a thawing liquid and a manual air pressurizing pump for atomizing the thawing liquid respectively, and providing for a spray nozzle to spray this liquid there.
A portable thawing apparatus storing a thawing liquid consisting of glycol of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol or the like being high in viscosity and long in sticking time on a tire surface, is installed in a thawing liquid tank, and an inner part of its container is pressurized by a manual air pump, spraying this thawing liquid. Since the glycol is higher in viscosity than that of an alcohol, even if there is a thick ice + snowfall layer on a glass surface, this thawing liquid is gradually reached to the glass surface direct, not thawing a surface part alone, enabling it to remove the freezing thoroughly. If it is sprayed to a tire groove, viscosity is high enough, left behind in the groove intact, one time spray makes it travelable as long as more than ten meters, by way of example. In consequence, secureness of a visual field and emergent travel passing on a slippery, risky freezing road both are well promotable.
