A disposable liner (30) has a pair of handles (46) which can be looped around the legs (14) and has a main portion which can be draped over the seat portion (2) to define a collecting chamber. Following use the handles are knotted together and the liner (30) and contents are removed and disposed of and the legs (4, 16) can then be folded under the seat portion (2) for compact storage.
