To use a portable toilet cover as a multi-purpose cover by forming the back surface of a top part of a cloth cover with which the entire part of a portable toilet in an openable bag shape and housing various kinds of materials therein so as to be changed.

A cloth 3 is sewed to the top part of the back side of a simple cloth cover 2 with which the entire part of a portable toilet is covered. A deodorizing sheet 4 is housed in the bag so as to be freely replaced. Further, a small bag 8 is detachably provided on the side surface of the main body of the simple cover 2 by a magic tape 7 so that the small bag 8 is filled with a deodorant or the like. Thus, an offensive odor can be eliminated and the portable toilet is not recognized as the portable toilet itself in a room or a sickroom and can be used as a chair or a mount base in a narrow sickroom. Thus, it can be employed as a multi-purpose cover.
