Abstract:
To provide a device for performing emergency support by immediately and surely transmitting an individual ID, an obstacle occurring place and an obstacle state when meeting with a traffic accident on a road.
The traffic accident reporting system is provided with a pedestrian navigation system and endlessly detects and stores, a road surrounding image and voice in an easily portable mobile data communication terminal, and can make a request for the emergency support of a public institution by reporting the preinputted individual ID and the obstacle state besides the obstacle occurring place, an image and voice by a 110 number mail and a telephone when impact G is applied to a passerby.
