To provide a portable type campaniform bell for repelling bears that can be made to ring, when it is needed to, and kept silent, while needed not.

A hole 2 is bored on the upper part of the body 1 of the campaniform bell and a female threaded part 3 is formed on the inner part of the hole. On the middle part of a hanging tool 11, a male threaded part 12 is formed so that it may couple to the female threaded part 3. A pendulum hanging part 13 is provided at the lower part of the male threaded part 12. The width and the thickness of the pendulum-hanging part 13 is made smaller than the inner diameter of the hole 2. A hole 14 is bored on the pendulum-hanging part 13. The pendulum 10 has a dumbbell shape of being swollen in the upper and lower parts and recessed at the middle part. The widths and thicknesses of the middle part and the upper part of the pendulum are made smaller than the inner diameter of the hole 2. The width and thickness of the lower part of the pendulum are made larger than the inner diameter of the hole 2. A hole 15 is bored on the upper part of the pendulum 10. One or more of rings are allowed to pass through holes 15 and 14 to attach the pendulum to the pendulum-hanging part 13. The outer diameter of the ring 16 is made smaller than the inner diameter of the hole 2.
