Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a portable type electrical instrumentation device for a car, in which its own facility is improved remarkably.
CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery 3 is housed in a key 53, in which a key body 63 is inserted into the ignition switch of a car, and the secondary battery 3 is charged from the battery of the car when the key body 63 is inserted into the ignition switch. When the key body 63 is mounted into the groove 79 of an electrical instrumentation device body 56, the electrical instrumentation device body 56 is supplied with a power supply from the secondary battery 3 through power supply terminals 65, 66 and power-supply input terminals 72, 73. Accordingly, the weight of the key 53 is not so weighted, and the weight of the electrical instrumentation device body 56 is also lightened. When the key body 63 is inserted into the ignition switch, the key body 63 is detached from the electrical instrumentation device body 56, and a key top 62 is gripped and put into the ignition switch. The key body 63 can be put into and taken out simply to and from the ignition switch.
