To obviate the formation of a part interfering with a base plate for supporting a sprinkler in a spraying position at the time of spraying longitudinally, transversely and upward to a spherical shape by using the sprinkler.
An oscillation case is arranged oscillatably around a first axial center P in a lateral horizontal direction and the sprinkler 14 which turns around a second axial center Q in a direction approximately perpendicular to the first axial center P is arranged above this oscillation case. The machine is constituted in such a manner that the oscillation case is turned around the first axial center P and the sprinkler is turned around the second axial center Q back and forth simultaneously and that the oscillation case is supported by a stand 13 which is the base plate on the side opposite to the side where the sprinkler 14 arranged on the oscillation case oscillate around the first axial center P.
