To provide a portable urinal low in cost without frequently using a urine absorbing sheet member comparatively high in cost.
The portable urinal is provided with a urine storage part having an opening and capable of storing urine, an opening/closing valve part capable of opening/closing the opening of the urine storage part, and a urine receiving part connected in communication with the urine storage part, and constituted to store urine received from the urine receiving part, in the urine storage part through the opening/closing valve part. Urine can thereby be stored in the urine storage part through the opening opened through the opening/closing valve by urinating into the urine receiving part. After urination, the opening is blocked through the opening/closing valve part. The odor of urine stored in the urine storage part can thereby be prevented from been released to the outside.
