Abstract:
To provide a portable warming heater which is compact and has high mechanical strength and whose heat generation can be controlled.
A heat-generating resistor 4, plural electrodes 5 connected to both end parts of the heat-generating resistor 4, and a protective layer 6 on the surface of the heat-generating resistor 4 are formed on the surface of a cylindrical base material 2 via a insulation layer 3. Power is supplied to the heat-generating resistor 4 via the electrodes 5 from a power source 7 housed inside the cylindrical base material 2 to make the cylindrical base material 2 generate heat.
